Modern and Timeless

CM was brought into the Ralph Lauren family and redesigned from the ground up as part of the migration onto the Sales Force Commerce Cloud platform.

Overview

Club Monaco was the third site for Ralph Lauren being migrated onto the SFCC platform. Working with CM, we redesigned the storefront using the RL codebase, while making enhancements that would be rolled into the flagship site. This was done in tandem with a new OMS integration which allowed us to make improvements to the customer experience that were not possible with the legacy system.

Customer Experience

An end-to-end define and design was conducted with 4 design sprints in 10 weeks to capture all requirements, solution, present and iterate to ensure development began at the required start date for go-live.

Product Focused

An immersive product detail page was designed to highlight the clothing and model imagery while increasing AOV with a cross sell opportunity within the page.

Monogramming

Personalize your CM purchase with custom monogramming.  Choose your color, style and placement directly on the product detail page.

Visual Product Array

On the product arrays, the customer is allowed to close the filter set to allow for larger product thumbnails. Visual interest is created on scroll when products are displayed in an alternating 3-by and 2-by format.
