An introduction to largest foundation shade family with a custom selection tool.

Overview

MORPHE is known for professional-yet-affordable brushes and didn’t stop there. In the final quarter of 2018, they took the bold move of launching 60 shades of foundation and needed a solution to pair their customers with the perfect shade for their skin tone. We designed a guided selling experience that allowed customers to browse the entire range of shades or answer 3 simple questions about their skin to pair them with the perfect shade.

Customer Experience

A full discovery was conducted and through a series of design sprints in collaboration with MORPHE, requirements are captured, wireframes created, and prototypes produced. Our approach was to ensure the guided selling tool would be able to capture the MORPHE brand voice, allow easy browsing of all shades, and be optimized in a way where a customer can browse without performance impact.
